1000 Books Before Kindergarten
This program is for babies, toddlers, and children who have not yet started Kindergarten.
The goal of the program is for children to read 1000 books before they begin Kindergarten!

After registering, your child will receive one finger puppet for every 100 books read! Just bring your child's book log and show it to the librarian so your child can receive his/her prize. You will also receive another book log sheet to continue reading. Here are some numbers that show how easy it can be to reach 1000 books!

1 book a day x 3 years = 1,095 Books
10 books a week x 2 years + 1,040 books
3 books a day x 1 year = 1,095 books
